Welcome to Shanghai, pick up at shanghai International Airport and transfer to your hotel, then indulge in some sightseeing - if time permits.

DAY 2 SHANGHAI

Stroll round the classical Yu Garden in the heart of the old city. After lunch, explore the thriving financial district of Pu Dong, saunter down the Bund waterfront and whiz up the Shanghai Oriental Broadcast Tower. Let yourself be mesmerized by an amazing acrobatic show in the evening after dinner.

DAY 3 SHANGHAI - SUZHOU

Travel from Shanghai to ancient Suzhou on the morning train to visit Tiger Hill, the Garden of the Master of Nets and the intriguing Institute of Embroidery.

DAY 4 SUZHOU - TONGLI - ZHOUZHUANG

Catch our coach to Tongli for a short visit to a lovely small garden from the Ming Dynasty. Then proceed to Zhouzhuang, built in 1086 during the Northern Song Dynasty. This charming waterfront town is blessed with beautiful surroundings and simple, ancient buildings dotted amongst a maze of gleaming rivers and lakes. Return to Suzhou in the afternoon.

DAY 5 SUZHOU - HANGZHOU

Depart by train from Suzhou for Hangzhou. After transferring to your hotel, enjoy some sightseeing - if time permits.

DAY 6 HANGZHOU

This splendid full-day's excursion begins with a cruise on the picturesque West Lake. Afterwards, visit the elegant Pagoda of Six Harmonies and the Lingyin Monastery.
