Day 1: Beijing/Shanghai --> Guilin (about 1 hour flight)

Fly to Guilin. Located in Guangxi Province in Southern China, Guilin is honored as a popular saying puts it as: The landscape of Guilin is unmatched under heaven. Dinner served with Rice Noodle (mifen). Stay at Lijiang Waterfall Hotel or similar grade hotel.

Day 2: Lijiang River — Guanyan Rock Cave (tour transport with mini-train, elevator and boat) — Yangshuo — Guilin — Rongshan Lake (night view)

Breakfast. Transfer to boat pier for snaky cruise on Lijiang River (83 kilometers long). Along the movements of cruising boat, you will see numerous fantastically outlined hills erected out of flat green farmlands or bamboo-shaded farm villages while scattered buffaloes moving along the river bank undisturbed --- all these scenes together create a perfect idyllic picture of Chinese hue. In the midway of cruise, you get a chance to appreciate the Guanyan Rock Cave, an enormous underground cave with a subterranean river flow. The cave goes in as long as 12 kilometers but mini-train, elevator and smaller boat are available for you to have an easy exploration. Lunch break on board. Upon arrival at Yangshuo, you get on shore and have wandering hours in Yangshuo where many bars and cafeterias are lined along West street. Take bus back to downtown Guilin. Dinner served with Taro Feast. Proceed to see the night view of Rongshan Lake.

Day 3: GuilinàXing’an (about 2 hours bus ride)~Lingqu CanalàGuilin — Fuboshan Hill — Liberation Bridge (Jiefangqiao)

Breakfast. Take bus to Xing’an, thenafter transfer to sightsee the Lingqu Canal. In 214 BC (the same time when construction of the Great Wall commenced), Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China, ordered the excavation of the Lingqu Canal with a total length of 34 km connecting southern-most part of China with the central region in ancient times. Lunch served with Gingkgo Feast. Head back to Guilin by bus. Continue tour to Fubo Hill in the outer ring of Guilin downtown, of which some legendary and religious sites attract tourists to have a witness look. Dinner buffet. After dinner, appreciate night view of Liberation Bridge (Jiefang Qiao)

Day 4: Reed Flute Cave(Ludi Yan) — Folded Brocade Hill(Diecaishan) — pedestrian walk at Zhengyang Gate — Center Square — GuilinQBeijing/Shanghai (about 1 hour flight)

Breakfast. Visit Elephant Trunk Hill, deemed as a city landmark, the hill got the name for its outline that resembles an elephant dipping its trunk into the Lijiang River for a drink. Proceed to Seven Star Park, home to the picturesque Flower Bridge, a landscaped bonsai garden and a small zoo. Head for Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan) which is one of main downtown-nearby scenic spots featuring with magnificent natural formations of stalagmites and stalactites create lavish decorations inside the cave with lighting to illuminate its natural beauty. Continue to visit Folded Brocade Hill (Diecaishan), a perfect outlook post at the top of hill to appreciate colorful combination of different urban and suburb views. Lunch break. Go visit the pedestrian walk at Zhangyang Gate and Center Square. Transfer to airport and take direct flight back to Beijing/Shanghai.
