Great Wall Tour

Iternary

Day 1 Arrive in Beijing and transfer to Qianmen Hotel (3-star ). City tour after lunch.
Day 2 Leave Beijing by train at 07:18 for Beidaihe,China's seashore resort. Transfer to Jinshan Hotel (3-star)which is close to the beach. Lunch at the hotel and free in the afternoon. Dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay there.
Day 3 A one-hour bus-ride to Laolongtou (Old Dragon's Head),the eastern end of the Great Wall. Start a 18-km trek to the Great wall at Jiaoshan Section. Then drive to Shanhai Pass, No. 1 Pass Under Heaven. Check in at Jingshan Hotel (2-star). Dinner and stay overnight there.
Day 4 A 4-hour bus journey to Hongshan Valley. From there go on a 50-km trek to Luowen Valley. Drive to Zunhua Int'l Hotel (3-star) and stay overnight there.
Day 5 A one-hour drive to the Eastern Tombs of the Qing Dynasty, and afterwards a 53-kim Trek from the Great Red Gate there to Shangguan Section. Return to Zunhua Int'l Hotel.
Day 6 A 2-hour drive to Jixian County. Visit the Dule Temple, one of the oldest temples in China, particularly the 23-metre high wooden image of Goddess of Mercy. Go on a 20-km trek from Huangya Pass Hotel (2-star).
Day 7 A 160-km drive to Jinshan Ridge and set off for a 40-km trek to the Great Wall at Simatai. Check in at Yunxiu Hotel (2-star).
Day 8 Drive to the Great Wall at Gubeikou and go on a 30-km trek to the Great Wall at Mutianyu. Return to Yunxiu Hotel.
Day 9 A bus-ride to the Great Wall at Badaling for the last 20-km trek until arrival at the Juyong Pass. Return to Beijing. In the evening, a Peking Roast Duck farewell dinner.
